Ingredient:
- 1 head cauliflower, washed & broken into bite-size flowerets
Marinate mixture:
- 1 tbsp of Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of DOM wine
- 1 pinch of MSG
- 1 tbsp of Sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
Flour mixture:
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 pinch of MSG
- 1 tbsp of oil
Direction:
- Cut the cauliflower and marinate in the mixture for about 30mins.
- Deep into the flour mixture and fried till golden
- Serve hot with mayonnaise sauce.
