Airfryer.Cheesecake



















I love my airfryer... so simple to use and will not cause a mess in the kitchen...

First, let me share with you my personal fav: Japanese Souffle Cheesecake

Ingredients:
- 120g self raising flour
- 1 bar of cream cheese
- 60g butter
- 100g of milk
- 60g sugar
- 2 egg

Directions:
1) Mix melted butter, cheese and milk together and set aside to cool down.
2) Whish eggs and sugar till soft peak 
3) Mix both ingredient together.
4) Fold in the self raising flour mix 


5) Grease the baking tin (or cupcake holder x 10) and pour in the batter.
6) AF 160deg 10mins follow by 140deg 20mins -- using water bath method.

n it's done!!! Yummy!!  Happy Baking!!!
