Tiramisu in less than 30mins

Just learn a new dessert...and succeeded in the first trial...conclusion, it's simple.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 full bar of butter
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 500ml galbani santa lucia mascarpone
  • Mt Gay rum
  • 2-3 tbs sugar
  • coffee
  • sponge fingers a.k.a. lady fingers
  • cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, sugar, add egg and mascarpone
  2. Stir till thick
  3. Make a mixture of coffee and rum
  4. Dip the sponge finger into the mixture
  5. Lay sponge fingers on tray, pour mascapone mix on the 1st layer
  6. Repeat step 5 a few times.
  7. Fridge for 30mins and ready to serve
