Just learn a new dessert...and succeeded in the first trial...conclusion, it's simple.


Ingredients:
- 1/2 full bar of butter
- 2 egg yolk
- 500ml galbani santa lucia mascarpone
- Mt Gay rum
- 2-3 tbs sugar
- coffee
- sponge fingers a.k.a. lady fingers
- cocoa powder
Directions:
- Melt butter, sugar, add egg and mascarpone
- Stir till thick
- Make a mixture of coffee and rum
- Dip the sponge finger into the mixture
- Lay sponge fingers on tray, pour mascapone mix on the 1st layer
- Repeat step 5 a few times.
- Fridge for 30mins and ready to serve
