Simple recipe as follow:
Step 1: Stir fry the ingredients till frangant:
▪️2tbsp dried shrimp
▪️1 chinese sausage (cut into cube)
▪️5 soaked dried mushroom (cut into slice)
▪️1 bowl of chopped chicken or pork belly
▪️1 bowl of chopped mustard cabbage
Step 2: Add in the seasoning:
▪️1tbsp soy sauce
▪️1tbsp dark soy sauce
▪️1/2tbsp oyster sauce
▪️1/2tbsp abalone sauce
▪️1tsp soaked dried shrimp water
▪️1/4tsp salt
Step 3: Wash 1 cup of rice, add in 0.9cup of soaked water (from dried shrimp & dried mushroom), add in all the ingredients and cook it in a rice cooker.
Step 4: Once done, stir in some crispy fry scallions and ready to serve.
