Kudos to the Japan Variety show - 超省时妙招, i had finally success on my first bread-making attempt....
Ingredient:
- 1/4 box of Silken Tofu
- 1 Cup of instant pack pancake mix (about 120gm)
- 1 Egg
- Butter
Direction:
- Mash tofu with fork and mix with flour (No need add water).
- Use hand to knead the dough into a ball. (approx. 2mins)
- Divide dough into quarters if making big scones or into eight portions if making mini scones.
- Roll the scones into ball with lightly floured hands.
- Stuffs any ingredient you like inside them.
- Line the toaster over tray with aluminium foil for easy cleaning. Lightly grease foil with butter.
- Place the scones 1-2cm apart on the tray.
- Flatten slightly with a fork or grill mesh to get a checked design.
- Glaze with beaten egg.
- Pop in oven toaster for about 13minutes
- "Ting" & is Done!!!
