Finally found a recipe to make a Chocolate Moist Cake without the need to bake...

- 100gm cocoa powder / 可可粉
- 200gm castor sugar / 幼糖
- 1 tin evaporated milk / 淡奶
- 200gm cooking oil / 食油
- 200gm condensed milk / 炼奶
- 150gm Wheat flour / 面粉
- 1tsp soda bicarbonate / 苏打粉
- 1tsp baking powder / 发粉
- 4 eggs / 鸡蛋
- 200ml whipped cream / 打粉淡奶油
- 300gm chocolate bar / 巧克力块
- 1tbsp butter / 牛油
- Combine all Ingredient A and stir well.
- Stir over heat for a while.
- Beat egg in another bowl and pour into Mixture A.
- Finally fold in sifted flour (ingredient B) into Mixture A.
- Blend mixture with a mixer at low speed for a while until even.
- Pour into 3 containers (size 6'') and steam for 1 hour.
- When cake is cool, pour chocolate topping and sprinkle with chocolate rice.

- 100gm Wheat flour / 面粉
- 1tsp soda bicarbonate / 苏打粉

- 3 eggs / 鸡蛋
