Steam a Chocolate Moist Cake

Finally found a recipe to make a Chocolate Moist Cake without the need to bake...



Ingredients A:

  • 100gm cocoa powder / 可可粉
  • 200gm castor sugar / 幼糖
  • 1 tin evaporated milk / 淡奶
  • 200gm cooking oil / 食油
  • 200gm condensed milk / 炼奶
Ingredient B:
  • 150gm Wheat flour / 面粉
  • 1tsp soda bicarbonate / 苏打粉
  • 1tsp baking powder / 发粉
  • 4 eggs / 鸡蛋
Chocolate topping:
  • 200ml whipped cream / 打粉淡奶油
  • 300gm chocolate bar / 巧克力块
  • 1tbsp butter / 牛油
Direction:
  1. Combine all Ingredient A and stir well.
  2. Stir over heat for a while.
  3. Beat egg in another bowl and pour into Mixture A.
  4. Finally fold in sifted flour (ingredient B) into Mixture A.
  5. Blend mixture with a mixer at low speed for a while until even.
  6. Pour into 3 containers (size 6'') and steam for 1 hour.
  7. When cake is cool, pour chocolate topping and sprinkle with chocolate rice.
**The Non-Sweet Version - Reduced Ingredient!!**

Ingredient A:

  • 70gm cocoa powder / 可可粉
  • 280gm evaporated milk / 淡奶
  • 140gm cooking oil / 食油
  • 100gm condensed milk / 炼奶
Ingrediet B:
  • 100gm Wheat flour / 面粉
  • 1tsp soda bicarbonate / 苏打粉
  • 1tsp baking powder / 发粉
  • 3 eggs / 鸡蛋
