
Ingredients:
- 腐竹 75克 / 2pack
- 白果 75克
- 薏米 38克
- 鹌鹑蛋 10个
- 冰糖 150克
- 水 8杯或适量
- Pandan leaf
- Cook the ginko with sugar water and Hard-boiled the 鹌鹑蛋, and put aside.
- Boil 8 bowls of water with 腐竹 and pandan leaf for about an hour until the 腐竹dissolve.
- Add in the barley and cook till soft
- Add in sugar to sweeten it.
- Lastly, put in the ginko and eggs.
- Serve hot or chilled.
