腐竹白果薏米糖水



Ingredients:
  • 腐竹 75克 / 2pack
  • 白果 75克
  • 薏米 38克
  • 鹌鹑蛋 10个
  • 冰糖 150克
  • 水 8杯或适量
  • Pandan leaf
Directions:
  1. Cook the ginko with sugar water and Hard-boiled the 鹌鹑蛋, and put aside.
  2. Boil 8 bowls of water with 腐竹 and pandan leaf for about an hour until the 腐竹dissolve.
  3. Add in the barley and cook till soft
  4. Add in sugar to sweeten it.
  5. Lastly, put in the ginko and eggs.
  6. Serve hot or chilled.
