Best No-bake Cheesecake



Ingredients:
  • digestive biscuit

  • Butter

  • 2 tube of philadelphia cheese

  • fresh milk

  • gelatine

  • icing sugar

Directions:

  1. Make the crust: Mash 3/4 pack of the digestive biscuit. Heat 3/4 of the butter and mixed it with the biscuit crust. Lay them in the tray and refrigerate for at least 2hours.
  2. Thaw 2 tube of the Philadelphia cheese. Mixd it with 30ml of fresh milk & 20ml of condensed milk.

  3. Heat 10ml of gelatine with 90ml of water.

  4. Pour the heated gelatine mixture into the cheese and mix well.

  5. Pour the pastries into the biscuit crust and put in the fridge again for at least 4hours.
