
Ingredients:
- digestive biscuit
- Butter
- 2 tube of philadelphia cheese
- fresh milk
- gelatine
- icing sugar
Directions:
- Make the crust: Mash 3/4 pack of the digestive biscuit. Heat 3/4 of the butter and mixed it with the biscuit crust. Lay them in the tray and refrigerate for at least 2hours.
- Thaw 2 tube of the Philadelphia cheese. Mixd it with 30ml of fresh milk & 20ml of condensed milk.
- Heat 10ml of gelatine with 90ml of water.
- Pour the heated gelatine mixture into the cheese and mix well.
- Pour the pastries into the biscuit crust and put in the fridge again for at least 4hours.
