绿豆糕甜品



Ingredients:
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • One pack of 绿豆粉
  • Sugar
  • Pandan leave
  • One pack of cream corn

Directions:

  1. Heat 2 and a half bowl of water +2 and a half bowl of coconut milk (500ml)
  2. Once heated, pour in the green bean powder and stir.
  3. In the process, pour in the sugar (estimated 2x of the quantity of the green bean powder)
  4. Add in pandan leave colouring at the end.
  5. Stir until thicken then pour in the cream corn.
  6. Cool and fridge for 4hours.
